Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bundle Brain application ("Bundle Brain", the "Service"), operated by Bundle Brain ("we", "us"). By installing or using Bundle Brain, you ("Merchant", "you") agree to these Terms. These Terms supplement, and do not replace, Shopify's standard merchant agreement.
1. The Service
Bundle Brain analyzes your store's product catalog and order history to identify products that are frequently purchased together, and uses machine learning to generate product bundle and upsell recommendations displayed on your storefront. Recommendations are precomputed and refreshed on a recurring schedule and on demand.
2. Plans, trial, and billing
- Pricing: Bundle Brain is $99 USD per month for the full machine-learning engine.
- Free trial: new installs receive a 14-day free trial with full access. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, your bundles turn off (they stop showing on your store); you can reactivate anytime.
- All charges are billed through Shopify's Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. When you cancel, no further charges are made and your bundles stay on until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for, after which they turn off. We do not issue partial or prorated refunds for unused time. Nothing here limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to use Bundle Brain in compliance with applicable laws, Shopify's terms and policies, and these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of your product catalog and for the offers displayed on your store.
5. Data
Our handling of your store and customer data is described in our Privacy Policy. You grant us the limited rights necessary to process that data to provide the Service.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, improve, or discontinue features. We will provide reasonable notice of material adverse changes.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Bundle Brain generates recommendations algorithmically; we do not warrant any specific increase in sales, conversion, or revenue. You are responsible for reviewing the offers shown on your store.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling Bundle Brain. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
